K2 maintenance free roofline products are manufactured from strong durable cellular PVCu. It will not warp, rot, crack or shrink and because it is maintenance free there is no repairing or preparing, painting or varnishing. It is weather resistant, impervious to moisture, impact resistant, thermally efficient and can reduce heat loss. Its good, clean looks last forever. Painting becomes a thing of the past.

After removing all timbers where possible, (not structural of course) roof spars will be inspected to ensure all is well. If damp or rot is detected we will cut and splice new spar ends employing treated timbers.

Fascias & Bargeboards

SWISH Jumbo™ boards are strong load bearing profiles. These boards are secured directly to the rafter roof and fully support the weight of eaves tiles and rainwater systems. SWISH foiled boards match many window and conservatory systems currently in use. Each colour is accompanied by a full set of colour matched corners, joints and trims.

Cladding

Cellular PVC cladding can significantly improve the thermal properties of a building and provides excellent low maintenance alternative to timber. Cladding profiles are commonly used on the cheeks and apex of dormer windows, as a long life replacement for softwood claddings and as a ceiling soffit for large open porches. The foiled range is compatible with many window & conservatory system colours and features colour matched trims and joints.
